Rand Water’s Zuikerbosch Station 3 Flocculation and Sedimentation capacity needed to be upgraded by 400 000 000L\/day. Eigenbau was not the originally appointed contractor was called in when the original contractor was unable to complete the works. Due to our extensive project management experience and high levels of engineering competence, we were able to turn this complex project into a success for Rand Water.<\/p>\n

The scope of work was to complete construction of the flocculator, connection channels and sedimentation tanks (the structures for which were at various stages of completion) together with the inlet and outlet pipework. Eigenbau also installed free-issued valves and sluices. Eigenbau was responsible for testing, commissioning and successfully putting into operation of the entire upgrade.<\/p>\n
